Semester project as competition/pitch

Year: Summer semester 2016, with the following realization

Selected work by Dorota Karolczak

Art versus consumption: what will the interactive exhibition shop of the future look like? For the touring exhibition The Art of the Street, students developed several ideas for staging the exhibition shop as part of a design competition.

Dorota Karolczak’s design has now been realized. The jury was won over by her concept of satellite shop-windows, interactive machines, and testing points.

The theme of The Art of the Street revolves around street and urban art in public space: on 2,500 square meters, the whole city becomes an art studio, an urban museum of imagination. Works by 42 of the best street artists from Germany and the world were presented on the walls and in the courtyards of a specially built city.
